Yep, I agree with Cohen on this one. The tape doesn't establish a link between bin Laden and Saddam. It more likely is about trying to get the US to invade Iraq because it further, massively, destabilizes the ME. That's good for bin Laden or whichever surrogate put this tape together.

I thought Powell's use of the tape damaged his credibility.

If Powell weren't in this administration, I wonder what the approval ratings for the Bush folk would be right now.
