Well, if you stand back a little and cross your eyes just slightly, what it says is perfectly clear:

1. The Bush Administration needs to candidly admit Saddam is not a clear and present danger.

2. France, Europe, and the United Nations need to candidly admit that he is.

Everybody just needs to switch sides.
