Ram:
Thank you for your excellent summary. One minor revision is that the amount of revenue stated in the first question should read only $638M (Darn!!!).

On the whole I think it was a good conference call, indicating progress on a number of fronts with a number of different products. I was a little disappointed that the Tier One contracts that we are looking forward to are not design in batteries but rather N Charge add-ons. Also it was of interest that the only currently active licensees are in Asia. While I have no doubt that significant revenue can hope to be generated in the future from these connections, I wonder what has happened to Alliant and perhaps Delphi. With the military ramp-up as well as the increasing interest in Hybrid Vehicles are these connections now totally dormant? I also noticed a total absence of information concerning current production capacity at N.I.

I think this call will not move the market very much one way or the other; we must await further developments. At least I do get the feeling that the company is more straightforward in its dealings with investors and that in itself is reassuring.
