I did not have the guts to buy IPPs or Utes today. Sold some E&P positions, including Devon, DVN. Now heavily cash. We have a media driven near panic that looks like it will get worse. The media won't shut up until there is panic buying of duct tape and plastic sheets all over the U.S. When this over reaction starts going away, I will start buying. I don't think this fear thing has reached a peak yet - it may be as long as a week or two. I think the media wants to see people as scared as the people in Washington D.C. were about the Beltway sniper. JimP and other longs - hope you get a big tradeable bounce and make lots of money. I'm not a nimble or quick, so I will need to wait for a move in a longer time frame. Best of luck to everyone, energyplay
