By the way, that rally we sjust saw was very much a futures led pump. The DOW futures normally trade with about a 15 point lag behind the cash index value. Thus, if the index is around 7700, the futures are usually trading around 7685. On that rally, futures were dead even with the cash index so I have no doubt someone was pumping via futures.

The lag is now back to normal, so the rally is likely over.
