I didn't either, so I went looking around and found nothing except this. You decide if it's reasonable or not. I was looking for a reason for today's selloff. I came across this, which might be generating some unwarranted fear on behalf of DRIV investors: 09:58 ET AMZN Amazon.com declines on sales tax issue (20.16 -0.97) Shares are notably weak this morning, likely due in part to a Wall Street Journal article that said growing financial pressures on states now make the prospect that internet retailers will start collecting sales taxes all but inevitable, removing a key pricing advantage.
