I've been away all day, just opened SI to see that Wayne Rumball was given a twenty-day suspension for having started the pussy thread because it was "out of line".

The idea for the thread was mine and I completely supported Wayne's starting it. It was an obvious tweak at SI's "new" rules of PC speech, after Jeff had deleted the "The French are Pussies" thread.

As far as I'm concerned, Jeff is unclear at best (and I am being generous here)about what constitutes offensive speech.
A little less time chasing pussies and a little more time chasing anti-semites is in order here.
