jeff...i know that you are in DIGI as I am...wasnt the huge insider buys by the top 2 senior mgmt totaling over $1m when DIGI was $14 impressive...how did you not get a double (just joking)...MENT shows vry similar characteristics...with DIGI, we got a ways to go on that one...skeeter's point is well taken...so i need to see good sales history...DIGI, GEMS, MENT and EXBT luckily does not fall into the spec. stock category but, i am a big fan of insider buys.. I wont buy based on insider buys--i need to like the industry, what the company is doing (strategy) and also have some margin of error (low price to book preferably with high cash....these cos. rarely go down that much)...when GEMS, DIGI made their rise, they did it on the heels of low price to book (more a sign of mispricing relative to future growth---so we get instant run up)...hence, the combinations of factors listed above gets me excited about a stock...good luck hope we get news on GEMS so we could refocus our postings abit....bibifn
