ORCL teaming with Dell and Red Hat (Linux),

IMHO, could be a real winning team in the enterprise sector. Dell has taken most PC desktop competitors to the cleaners. Michael Dell has set his sights, and business model, on the enterprise sector. With ORCL and Red Hat (Linux) as business partners, he now has a platform to launch enterprise solutions. May not be competition for IBM in its mainframe area, but I would be sweating bullets in their enterprise server sector in the future. Still wonder why IBM lowered their price on DB2 back in NOV 02?? Still wonder why ORCL is investing in Linux??

IMHO, only a matter of time before ORCL's 11i apps becomes part of a complete enterprise platform solution offered within Michael Dell's business model. Which side of the fence would you rather be on??
