The CIA has some hard choices.


The real reason I know this is nonsense, even if Hawk gets some fun out of it, is that something like this always comes out. Always. There are just too many people in on it and someone leaks. And the leak would be devastating to us. We would be ruined in the world if we did it.

But rumors like this will always get credence. Enough people hate the CIA that they want to believe the worst of them. (Not you, Hawk!)
