It's a plausible theory though I currently have a different favored. As for wave 1 completing and 2 in process, that would imply wave 1 is about 20 trading days in time and would give wave 2 only 2-3 trading days at most to develop. There is usually some sort of symmetry in wave structure and 20 days of an impulse would need more like 10 days or more to correct.
