SO it seems we will be picking money out of the sky to pay for the Afghanis and the Iraqis rebuilding programs.

Bush is good at spouting off at the mouth about his wonderful programs and then he fails to fund them in his budgets..................just like his education program which has recently gotten news as not being fully funded. He also failed to give the states the money to fuolly implement his own Homeland Security Program.Bush is the worst kind of liar..................he acts so righteous and pretends to care..............the truth is he cares not and is self-serving only.
