Africa is in line to chair the committee and Africa's members voted to have Kaddafi represent the chair of that committee on Africa's behalf. Kaddafi was thus elected, much like Ventura. Should I be so brass as to say, it's the electoral process, stupid? (LOL) Please understand no disrespect intended.

Regarding Iraq's chairmanship, do you think Pakistan likes it when India takes a UN chair, or vice versa? Heck, the way I read some of you folks, you wouldn't even like it if France had a chair. Please read and learn the process:
