Jason,
If PACC recieves approval to conduct its shelf offering for its closed end fund, I believe this news would push it back over $20. We have yet to have that First analyst buy rec. . this, of course, would help also. PACC is one of the highest relative strength stocks and has great fundamentals. . as long as the company continues to show increases in assets under mgt and the great earnings it has reported recently, it will eventually recieve the analyst attention that it deserves given its recent performance.
