Hi PT, Both reports are a very strong message for peace, IMO. If people here had any experience in writing a report such as this, they would KNOW, you can never be 100% certain that some spore of anthrax is not laying somewhere unbeknownst to anyone. When writing a geologic report, about the mineral potential of the most barren piece of goat pasture, you ALWAYS leave in the possibility that somewhere, somewhere lies a ppm (part per million) of gold.. But essentially THERE is NOTHING THERE.... Both reports DO DEMONSTRATE that the inspections ARE WORKING.. GIVE THE INSPECTATIONS AND PEACE A CHANCE..... I know all thinking people understand what I just wrote.. c
