Yes. It is not clear that the Palestinian Authority actively recruits children combatants. Extremist groups, very probably. PA, not sure about it. If you think Hamas runs PATV you are quite mistaken. I have cited several TV ads and shows that recruited child martyrs. The dead Mohammed al Dura invited little boys to follow him in shuhada. The Children's Hour had little girls singing of their plans to become suicide bombers while their teachers cried 'bravo'. Arafat sends letters of congratulation, and payments, to the family of martyrs. PA schools are plastered with posters of martyrs. How much evidence do you need before you will recognize it?
