Yes, I did have the surgery....BOY, talk about a whine....I thought it would be like the scope' surgery I had 15 years ago, but turns out, they couldn't have done this by scope 15 years ago...it would have had to be the old railroad tracks type. So I'm now believing the Doc when he says a minimum of 4-6 weeks and then therapy. They found all the meniscus in back gone, plus very thin, and in some places, no cartilage on the leg bones so am walking on bones....so hopefully, this will get better, or it will be a quicker than later knee replacement. sniff.''

There is a bit of good news for awhile tho'....My having to cook days are on hold for awhile. He's doing several things, then of course, there is always take home, and an occasional outing. However, I'd rather cook. :o)
