Rally-ho's built on much pre-publicity of the event will fail. This is a classic "herd" event, they have been fully programmed to buy the war. I rarely have seen such an overwhelming certainty that the start of war commences a strong rally. In fact we have an ambidextrous bullness , it is believed war or no war means a huge rally by the many of the same sampling.:) This is really getting interesting. Max
