do you believe exchange margin reqmts on gold & silver were increased because of imminent possibility of defaults from widespread shortage ??? just curious they popped the runup for a good reason nobrainer to accommodate well-heeled buddies who are short but I suspect something uglier and deeper is at work they cannot afford an investment fever to catch on a dime for your thoughts? perhaps covered already if so, a link? thanks much, jim
