Iraq was given plenty of warning that the inspectors were coming back.

What if there really aren't any WMD? What if he already gave them to the terrorists? What if there's a coup and Saddam is whisked off to some other arab country to live out his life in exile?

I don't think the surrounding countries want a war in their region. Once the missiles start flying, they're all in harm's way.

The best scenario would be that Saddam is forced out, the scientists come forward and tell where the weapons are and out boys come home. :)
