Ted Re..That's not true. We want NATO's participation and we want their help with the costs of the war and the nation building afterwards.

We won't need a lot of help with the costs, because, once we get the oilfields repaired, there should be plenty of money, to rebuild Iraq, as long as Al qaeda can be contained. As far as their participation, you can bet that they will be bidding for positions with their companies, just like everyone else.
