Valor Computerized Systems, Inc. Files Lawsuit

LAKE FOREST, Calif., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Valor Computerized Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Computerized Systems, Ltd., an Israel corporation (``Valor''), announced today that it has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against Orbotech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Orbotech, Ltd., an Israel corporation (``Orbotech'') (Nasdaq:ORBKF). Valor stated that the lawsuit contains a number of allegations seeking damages for a variety of unfair business practices of Orbotech, involving primarily violations of the United States anti-trust laws, including violations of the Sherman Act for monopolistic practices, violations of the Clayton Act for unlawful tying arrangements, and violations of the Robinson-Patman Act for discriminatory pricing practices.
