I don't believe that Blair will back down.

I heard on CBC radio today that only 10 % of the British support war. If this gets dragged out much longer I can't see how Blair can't back down. IMO every day that goes by the US is losing more war support and in fact global anti-war posture is becoming more aggressive. You will see global demonstrations again and I think they will be larger. This situation can't go on IMO and somethings going to pop VERY shortly. For the first time I am beginning to believe that war won't happen, at least not for most of this year.
