Ish, truly I hope you see a Doc for that shoulder....I had to have surgery on the right shoulder too about 10 years ago....If I would have not been so afraid of a cortizone shot, I wouldn't have caused any where near the damage that I ended up causing because I thought I was just "being brave".... Arthritis does all sorts of BAD things.
