Vitas--I respectfully request you go back and read every single one of my posts since I began this thread. The reality here is I have limited computer time and I am the keeper of the thread and do my best to keep this a referenced forum which itself requres a great deal of time. It's absolutely impossible for me to respond to every post directed my wasy. Presently, there are 402 in my inbox. In fact, you're lucky I'm responding to you right now. As to you question, I believe, in my sincere opinion, that I've answered both in my own words and by providing you with referenced material. If you wish to think otherwise and take a pigheaded attitude ... hey, what can I do?
