Own, The Boeing missile killer. They would need at least 8 of them to maintain station 24/7 for any extended period. I think Korea is playing cards for benefits like oil and cash. If their bluff is called they may act and then get hammered flat. However some madmen do not count the cost, but operate from a rage based mentality. There is some evidence the the military controls N Korea and not son of madman. The military knows what would happen if they made any kind of strike. They would lose. The only other choice is pre-emptive strikes by ICBMs with precision terinal guidance to take out those missiles and evade the NK radar. I suspect the NK radar can be jammed, so once a target is known it can be destroyed. Just more unfinished business. In addition, China will not sit back and do nothing. Bill
