The Harken incident was not one of the charges made to Bush about his lack of military participation. But now that you bring it up........

1. The attorney that investigated the case for the gov't had been Dubya's personal attorney and was clearly in conflict of interest...................appointed by his daddy.............gee I'd like those odds in a legal case!!!

2. The Harken board notes that described the accounting processes and the buyer of Dubya's stock in a private stock transfer was never disclosed. Harken refused to disclose the info.

3. Dubya was clearly an insider so he was obligated to disclose any sale of stock prior to it's actual legal transfer. He actually reported the sale 5 to 6 months after the sale which is illegal as heck.

4. The SEC didn't find him totally innocent of charges but left the verdict open-ended as if a future decision could be made against his innocence.

5. Loans, loans, loans, loans...............ah those lovely corporate loans that never have to be paid back.

From the words of Jackie Gleason, "How sweet is it."
