Kerm's Tier II Portfolio Material Change One of the last entries into my TIER II Portfolio was a new drilling company named Drillers Technology (T-DLR). I am extracting the company from the TIER II Portfolio and transfering to either TIER III or a new TIER IV Portfolio. TIER IV will represent Service Companies only, both large and small companies, if I go that route. Reference Message 17368434
