THE BLM had Wyatts Earps lease on a Mining Claim in the History exhibit in 1998 when I claimed acres at a rock called White a long time ago about 500 miles from this EARP: ""
While there is potential for disseminated gold in the Colina, the best target for widely disseminated gold is in the Earp. New IP and resistivity data which will be useful in targeting prospective areas is in preparation. An independent technical report is in progress""
Chucka let go of the last one of 20 EARP claims this past claim year. NO RELATION known to Jaba 500 miles away, wonder if the EARPS also claimed there and that is why:

 Ms. Anna Maria McClenaghan reports
JABA ACQIRES ZEBRA GOLD PROJECT, ARIZONA
Consolidated Jaba has acquired the 1.41-square-mile (900-acre) Zebra project property that is contiguous with the east and southeast sides of the company's 100-per-cent-owned Redrock Canyon project. This project is also owned 100 per cent by Jaba subject to minimal royalty payments to the state of Arizona.
Zebra contains the same sedimentary sequence as Redrock Canyon and lies on strike with the Gold Ridge 1.5-ounce-per-ton gold feeder veins. The Gold Ridge inferred gold resource (900,000 tons of 0.09-ounce-per-ton gold to a drilled depth of 100 feet) lies 2,000 feet north of the Zebra-Redrock Canyon common boundary. Gold anomalies in rock chip and soil samples are continuous across the border from the Redrock Canyon project to both the east and north into the Zebra project property as are anomalies of the indicator metals of arsenic and mercury. In excess of 18 jasperoid bodies associated with rock chip gold anomalies have been mapped within the Zebra project. Pod-like bodies of decalcified limestone and limonite stained areas have also been mapped. These are all characteristic of a Carlin-type gold system.
Like Redrock Canyon and the recently announced 100-per-cent Jaba owned Rhyolite Ridge project, Zebra surface outcrops are of the low-permeability Colina limestone. Shallowly underlying this formation is the porous silty, sandy Earp formation. While there is potential for disseminated gold in the Colina, the best target for widely disseminated gold is in the Earp. New IP and resistivity data which will be useful in targeting prospective areas is in preparation. An independent technical report is in progress.
