actually I had the same almost exact reaction when I got a gold eagle for my birthday... it was weird, they feel so heavy, so substantial. I carried it around with me at first for a few days, and found myself taking it out and looking at it, and turning it over in my hands every so often. It looked especially nice and shiny outside, under a bright sun...... I am in need of help, I suppose...
