I was heavily invested in NSCP but sold out completely this
week. Stocks surge prior and post to a split, but then
decline due to profit taking. I bought in at the IPO and
for tax reasons held until 1996 and took a decent price.
I think it may hit 170 again this year, but I believe that
it will retract too. I still own Spyglass, I believe it
will be along term hold, and i expect that they will split
again in the Fall. I think MACR is the best bet for 1996 of the
4 you show. There shockwave product could generate the most
excitement (and therefore stock movement in 96). I think
that America Online is a loser. The net users that were
recently polled show that after 2 or 3 months they run to folks
like PSI or other internet providers to save cash. I know that
AOL and Prodigy have begun to setup subcompanies that provide
only internet access which may save them. These additional
capitol outlays will be too expensive for companies already leveraged
and with declining subscribtions may kill them.

Good hunting.
