re: Hitler was clearly invading other sovereign nations and taking them under his control. If Saddam did the same then I would be more likely to support taking military action against him................but he is contained.
When Hitler broke Versailles Treaty he was very contained and by the time he started invading other countries it was already too late.

same example, if members of League of Nations would choose to enforce Versailles Treaty we would not have WWII and no extermination of Jews in Europe and 56 million people would not have to die.

and how are we going to do that, especially considering that yugoslavian conflict in Europe was also an echo of WWII. Muslims of Yugoslavia were Hitlers allies while serbs resisted occupation.
