Yeah. Israel 'appeared' to offer Arafat everything....but who knows what sabotaged that? I mean, who really knows?

I don't care either way who wipes out who from that region. I have lived with that problem all my life...and I'm sick of it. Both the Israelis and Palestinians are like attention craving kids who never grow up. I speak for a lot of people when I say the world is frazzled...and doesn't want to solve Israeli/Palestinian issues for them anymore....they ought to take ownership of the issue and run with it...and live with the consequences of their decision...

And about deaths, people die anyway. 1/2 a million kids dead, i don't have the count for adults.....the point is, they could have killed each other without US intervention. I just don't want their blood on my hands....and i don't want my tax dollars diverted to babysitting a buncha people who refuse to get along with one another...

Pakistani structure isn't any different from Indian structure. Both country have the same stock of people. Both started in the same way, from the same roots at the same time, with the same 'structure'. Why should they be different 50+ years later? If anything, Pakistan is smaller and has less problems than a diverse, larger country like India could. It should have been eons ahead....

If US didn't want anything from Afghanistan then why the hell did US govt destroy Afghanistan over one man. I hear Bush now claims that OBL is irrelevant? What was the point of war if not OBL? I am reminded of destruction of Troy over Helen. It wasn't worth it then, it isn't worth it now.

Bottom line is - I don't want people to die. And if they have to die, I don't want my country in any way to be involved and responsible for the killings and the murders.

And just so you know, I originally come from Kashmir and we had the same problem there...so I identify with israelis. I just don't think killing each other can bring peace...
