Yes, I am somewhat familiar with some of the historic dilemma, special situation during colonialsm, independence of that, etc... Not easy being a little brick on the chess board of the big ones.. but a solution will arive at some point in time, althoug it might take a very long time for the really unlcucky ones. However, in no way is a 2-party system the solution for minorities, except if that 2-party system is heavily manipulated and voters kept almost 100% ignorant.. (the dilemma of minorities moving to USA??)
