My rationale goes like this:
- everthing is so oversold... this pop will drive the shorts out of the markets temporarily;
- the bulls and closet bulls will see this as the real turn-around... which it may well be;
- unless we get through resistance, the move up after the Presidents' day holiday will give up the ghost and we will tank next.
