We need a united front like we had in Kuwait. The issues are the same;

I observed the local peace event that marked the beginning of the Gulf War. There were about 200 people who met for one time on the capital grounds.

The ten thousand who were out today, before there is even an actual war to protest, were vastly different. What is similar is the focus of support and opposition. A dozen years ago there was mainly opposition to the unprovoked attack of Saddam on another country. Today there is mainly opposition to another unprovoked attack on a country, only now it is the U.S. who is the agressor. We have a united front like we had in Kuwait, the issues haven't changed, but those in the wrong have.
