If I were a long term holder (and I'm not, I've been scalping this market for a couple of years), I'd be most worried about the 'INTC entering the market' part. Unless BRCM has an IP suitcase like that of QCOM, I'd be hard pressed to believe that a 'comm serious' INTC would not be a serious threat, especially if they used the Microsoft model of entering markets. I used to run a 'technically superior' OS that was very stable and great to use on my PC. It was called OS/2....
