Yes. Iraq, BTW, is a republic run by a dictator as is the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Iraq and N.K., sovereign.... BTW, thank you for proving, without a doubt, the accuracy of my statement (as well as my characterization of you). Also btw, Was Kenya under Daniel arap Moi? Was South Afrika while it practiced Apartheid? Chile under Pinochet? As I said, apparently the only exceptions allowed today are in the eyes of the left.
