How quickly people forget that the French helped out the US during its critical British fighting days.

Selective memory is a common enough disease, raised to an epidemic during times of high stress and big anxiety


The Frenchmen that helped the US were attacked and killed by the current republics residents. It was called the "Terror." We've forgotten nothing.
