As some have mentioned we're still dealing with the worldwide negative environmental effects of the last gulf war. 40 percent of Iraqis will develop cancer, that's considerably higher than would otherwise be expected. That was a legacy of the first Gulf War and not only for the people of Iraq, our military personnel from that war are still suffering from illness caused by exposure not just from Iraqi weapons, but our own.
