In that last reference you posted for me, Blair's talk about community may mean that he agrees with Hillary's ," It Takes a Village".

TO say that we must all work together is a good start....................send that message in a fax to the White House the next time they snub their nose at the world community.......for the hundredth time.

Also, concession is a two way street. To say that we must all work together is not the same as saying we should all agree with the Bush administration.
