Tens of thousands is an understatement. It will be hundreds of thousands. Some of us see it as hundreds of thousands of human beings who would be killed or permanently disabled from US greatest and latest nuke, biochem, and neuropsychochem pixie dusts. However from another viewpoint and in very simplistic perspective, that's only less than 1% of Iraq's 24 million population and it is a small sacrifice for the "freedom" and "democracy" of the other 99%, and for creating a living laboratory testing area for studying the impact of pixie dusts on humans and the environment. The result of the study would benefit the rest of mankind.
