"So you would ignore the cruelty dictators impose on their people? How would you stop them?" Turkmenistan has a cruel and evil dictator, horrors are occuring in African countries. Those don't concern you. My goodness!!!! But wait, the US is denying medical aid to Iraqi citizens. Not very humanitarian that.
