My guess is having 10 nuclear bombs worth of high explosives dropped on it 12 years ago accounts for most of it. The weapon inspectors got the rest of it in the following 8 years.

Now I'll ask you one. If Saddam is as crazy as our President would like us to believe, possesses the kind of capabilities he would like us to believe, and has the kind of temperament to indiscriminately arm terrorists as he would like us to believe; where is the evidence of the kind of chemical and biological strikes that would have occurred on a regular basis over the past 12 years as a result?
