sun, Imo the divergence would be stronger, or really there would be divergence, if the sp500 index continued to decline while the new lows started decreasing. But since the new lows are decreasing while the sp500 rallied on Friday there really was no divergence but in sync movements. Bottom line, this market should and may rally, but the rally would likely be stronger if indeed there were positive divergences fwiw. Time will tell.
