America was allies with Saddam too, not so long ago.
Which proves your brain is not in working order.
The US and Iraq had a common enemy. As at one time the US and Afghanistan had a common enemy.

And they want to attack by bombing the hell out of them with the greatest military force ever assembled in the history of the world.
