Problem is Nobody is, and the proliferation of weapons is proof of this. The United States has never surendered the right to defend its interests. The UN negotiations have been usurped by petty politics, and US Must take decicive action. The international law, and UN are very imperfect, we can not allow those imperfections to kill Millions.
