War is not just any ordinary foreign policy decision.
Under international law there is no grounds for war unless we are attacked, or the UN approves it. The US not only has not been attacked by Iraq, it is under no serious threat from Iraq either.

Iraqis before Sept 11th in the govt run press, baisicly said they suported the Taliban, and OBL. They also made references to grand future attacks of the white house, pentagon, and something else that would turn "frank sinatra on his side". The obviously knew of 9/11, in my opinion they are co-censpiritors. In my mind they are a grave threat to the lives of Millions of Americans if he develops a nuke.
