I just can't resist seeing if anyone else still has this thread bookmarked.

Historic blizzards, ice storms, FEMA bulletins, whatever...I feel like a grizzled veteran. Whatever comes, I'm already ready!

I was relieved last week to find that I already had a pretty good supply of duct tape and plastic sheeting (both for other purposes)in the house, though, since I really thought the advice we were getting was misguided, but then part of me didn't want to be low on duct tape :)
