Europe was never under Saddam's boot. If he ever threatens to attack another country again there will be no problem to assemble another coalition just like in 1991. That's not the sort of attack Americans are concerned about... Also BTW, how large would the coalition be if he had nuclear capability? I wonder if that's the sort of bipolar world that Schroeder and Chirac are looking for?
